The TRAIL (Tools Required for Advancement Into Leadership) Rising Leaders Program is a 12-month rotational development program designed for recent college graduates ready to grow their careers with purpose. As a full-time team member from day one, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of our business while building the skills, relationships and confidence needed to become a future leader.

12-month rotational experience: Explore 3 different areas within a business segment through 4-month rotations, gaining broad exposure and hands-on experience across the organization.
Leadership development: Build essential skills through structured training focused on leadership, communication, process improvement and professional growth.
Mentorship & Networking: Learn from leaders across Newrez through mentorship, executive networking opportunities and meaningful connections that support your career journey.
A path forward: Upon successful completion of the program, be placed in a role from prior rotations
